> The website isn't updating on my end. What can I do to fix that? If your experiencing any problems with the site updating or content not showing up, please clear your web browsers cache and temporary files.
> When does the website get updated?
The website will get updated at least once a week. You can check the date on which it has been recently updated on the homepage in the lower hand corner on the home page.
> Your website is really slow loading. What can I do to fix that?
Fixing the speed of a webpage depends on your internet connection. If you have dial-up, or a low speed broadband connection, you will not be able to view most content on the internet fast. Please refer to your internet provider for more help.
> A link on the website isn't working.
If you find a link that isn't working, please contact us. Third-Party links on this website may not be working.

> How can I download a sermon?
Video sermon archive downloading is currently unavailable. You can visit our Podcast page and download On-Demand sermons.
> What is a Podcast?
A Podcast is basically an online radio show. You can view all the uploaded sermon audio files, you can have them download automatically, and through iTunes, you have the ability to customize how you have our content delivered to you.
> I don't have iTunes, where can I download it?
You can download iTunes for free. Simply go to the iTunes website, and select "Download".
> I'm trying to view your live broadcast but I cant connect.
We start streaming every Sunday around 10:30am EST. If you can't connect, we are either not streaming or the servers are down. If you still cant connect by 11:00am EST, please contact video@familybiblechurch.com, or call us by phone.
> I'm unable to view the player on the live stream page.
We are broadcasting in Flash. Please download the Flash plug-in on your browser. You will see a install tab on your browser. Click accept to download the plug-in. If you don't see a tab pop up, you can go to adobe and download the latest flash player.
> What do I need to view everything?
All of our Video Sermon files are in flash format. To play those files, you need flash To access our Podcasts, you need iTunes installed on your computer.
